Email and SMS campaigns for a restoration company
Most restoration companies have a list of past customers, past plumber referrers, property managers and agents that they have never contacted since the last invoice. That list is the cheapest marketing you own. A past water customer is a future mold inspection. A plumber who sent you two jobs last winter needs a reminder before this winter. A property manager with forty doors wants to know you exist before the next unit floods.
Campaigns in this trade are seasonal and short: a freeze warning text in late fall, a post-storm check-in, a spring humidity and mold note, a referral thank-you to plumbers with a direct line to dispatch. Two or three messages a quarter is enough. More than that and you train people to ignore you.
In two weeks the list is cleaned and segmented, the first campaign has gone out, and the replies and bookings are in front of you.
